IDAHO 7 ™ US Crosby 2016 Hop Hash ™ is here from Lot # H-405 from the highly acclaimed and experimental family owned Jackson Hops in Caldwell, Idaho.
IDAHO 7 ™ Hop Hash ™ sticky resinous and concentrated hop matter will test the lupulin threshold of even the most experienced hop fiends. Hop Hash ™ is made from scrapping the concentrated build up of hop residue off the pellet mill @CrosbyHopFarm and was first discovered and made famous by Sweetwater Brewing Company in Atlanta, Georgia in their Hop Hash Double IPA
IDAHO 7 ™ Hop Hash ™ flavour shines through with a very high alpha acid and oil content. You will pick up strong Pungent tropical fruit and citrus (think apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with big notes of resin, pine and hints of black tea.
This Lot #H-485 from Jackson Hops Idaho 7 ™ has been pelleted @CrosbyHopFarm. Crosby Hop Hash ™ is concentrated scrapping of hop residue from the pelletiser and very high in alpha and beta acids and oil content.
The low pelletizing temperatures also work to preserve hop oils, aromatics, and alpha.
